Which phones do your cases fit?

We make cases for the most popular iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel models. On each product page, just choose your exact model from the β€œDevice” dropdown before adding to cart.

How do I know which model to choose?

Check your phone's model name (on iPhone: Settings β†’ General β†’ About; on Android: Settings β†’ About phone). Then select that exact model at checkout. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you pick the right one.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes β€” as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it follows our standard return process.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping worldwide on every order β€” no minimum spend and no hidden handling fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If checkout accepts your address, we can deliver there.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow it anytime on our Track Your Order page. Please allow up to 72 hours after dispatch for tracking to update.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages?

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days β€” at no extra cost to you. If one arrives before the other, don't worry, the rest is on its way.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

For most orders, no. Occasionally, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs office. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

My tracking hasn't updated, or says delivered but I don't have it. What now?

Allow up to 72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If it's been longer, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.

🎨 Product & Quality

What are the cases made of?

A durable dual-layer design β€” a hard outer shell with a flexible inner layer β€” with raised edges around the screen and camera for extra everyday protection.

Will the design fade, peel, or scratch off?

No. Designs are printed with fade-resistant sublimation ink sealed into the case, so they stay vivid and won't peel or wash off with normal use.

Are the cases drop-proof?

They're built to absorb everyday drops, bumps, and scratches thanks to the dual-layer build and raised edges. Like any case, they greatly reduce the risk of damage but can't guarantee protection from every impact.

Does it work with wireless charging?

Yes β€” our cases are slim enough to charge with most standard wireless (Qi) chargers without removing the case.

Is it MagSafe compatible?

Our standard cases don't have built-in MagSafe magnets, but they're thin enough to work with a MagSafe adapter or magnetic ring if you'd like to use MagSafe accessories.

What's your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my case arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?

We'll make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund β€” usually without needing you to return the item.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, for defective or damaged items. Just contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
