ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. There are no hidden handling fees.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery after processing (business days):
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-25 business days

ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package to your door. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

MULTIPLE-ITEM ORDERS
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders and are determined by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately - we can only update the address before the order ships.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or your order significantly exceeds the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
