Refund policy

At Casenut, your satisfaction is our priority and we stand behind the quality of every case we sell. Please read our full return and refund policy below.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund - in most cases you will not need to return the item.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Contact us through our Contact page (or email support@casenut.com) with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.
3. Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
For non-defective returns (for example, a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Casenut covers all return costs.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected - or a defect or error is confirmed - we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider. If you still need help, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items that are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us with your order number.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, an order falls under the standard return process above.

RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees.
